Gene Kranz Display
I had the pleasure of returning to my high school alma mater (Toledo Central Catholic) for another project—a custom-built display case designed to honor fellow alumnus Gene Kranz. Best known for his role as NASA’s Chief Flight Director and his extraordinary leadership during the Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo programs, Kranz’s legacy is a source of immense pride. This built-in case will showcase a collection of memorabilia highlighting his remarkable achievements and contributions to space exploration. The centerpiece of the display will be a genuine lunar rock sample, serving as a powerful symbol of Kranz’s enduring impact on NASA’s missions and the history of spaceflight. I’m looking forward to seeing the final product once everything has been added to the case. Go Irish!
